The plot

The moon is a well-known icon, but it can still give us a universal message: a bond that begins on earth and continues to shine forever in the heavens. A living presence, a guide to our innermost dreams, but also a reflection on the fragility of existence. Is every forever an instant? Can a kiss never be enough? Can I leave each of my pierced things to fate? Can I see the moon as my horizon and hope to receive a caress as a gift? Let us never cease to believe that music and poetry can truly change the world and make us hope for the impossible.

Info

The dress rehearsal of the ballet Don Quixote is open as a fund raising event for the Myra Foundation, which is committed to promoting and enhancing social and health care, charitable, sporting and recreational activities in support of young and old alike, with the aim of improving the well-being of the community.

Take part in the event to support Borgo Blu in Mazara del Vallo, an organisation set up to offer children and young people on the autism spectrum programmes, workshops and activities focused on inclusion and, above all, independence.

The proceeds from the evening will go towards the purchase of a minibus to transport the children on their daily journeys: a simple yet crucial means of making activities, programmes and opportunities more accessible – help us make the project go on.

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online on the Myra Foundation website.
