2023/24 Tickets Info | 2023/24 Season Brochure
The Box-office is located inside the Teatro Massimo, in Piazza G. Verdi, Palermo (Italy).
Opening hours: Everyday from 9:30am to 3:30pm
and on performance days also from one hour before to half an hour after the performance begins.
Please notice that the box-office will be closed on December 8,
while the guided tours will proceed as usual.
The accessible gate (with no steps and elevator) is located on the left side of the Theatre (gate 4) and is always open for performances.
In case the gate is closed, you can request its opening by calling the Reception (+39 091 6053521).

You can either print your tickets at home (stampa@casa) or collect them in the Foyer on the day of performance, one hour before the scheduled beginning.

Concession Tickets
Young people up to the age of 26, Card Under35 holders, Teatro Massimo subscribers, Groups (at least 20 people), Diamond Card holders, Students of the University of Palermo, Palermo Conservatory of Music A. Scarlatti and Palermo Academy of Arts, Uncalm.
People on a wheelchair and their companions may access the stalls (platea) at the full price of section 7 rather than section 1.
Other people with severe disabilities have access to the standard concession fare for all sections. You will be required to show proof (ID card or other document) for your eligibility to concession tickets.
Pre-sale Rights and fees
Ticket Prices do not include pre-sale rights (10%), online booking fee (6%) and phone booking/authorized dealers fee (8%).
Pre-sale rights are applied to all tickets purchased before the day of performance.
No pre-sale rights are applied to purchases made on the same day of performance.
Group Bookings
Ticket booking is for groups of at least 20 people attending the same performance together.
The booking will expire automatically 15 days after the booking and in any case seven days before the performance date..

Sino al 31 dicembre 2024 è possibile acquistare gli abbonamenti e i biglietti utilizzando i voucher ricevuti per gli spettacoli cancellati della stagione 2020.
La Fondazione Teatro Massimo, per venire incontro alle esigenze dei propri clienti e tutelare ulteriormente i propri abbonati, ha deciso di consentire ancora la fruizione dei voucher emessi dalla biglietteria e dal call center, oltre i termini previsti dalla normativa emanata nel periodo emergenziale dovuto alla pandemia Covid19.
I voucher potranno ancora essere utilizzati per l’acquisto sia presso la biglietteria che presso il call center. I voucher emessi da Ticketone e dai punti vendita autorizzati potranno essere utilizzati esclusivamente per acquisti sul sito Ticketone.

Modalità di pagamento
Il pagamento alla biglietteria può essere effettuato in contanti, con bancomat, con assegno intestato a Fondazione Teatro Massimo, con addebito su carta di credito o con bonifico bancario (IBAN: IT 79 J 03069 04630 100000300068).
In caso di bonifico è necessario inviare prontamente alla biglietteria una copia del pagamento e del modulo anagrafico per perfezionare l’acquisto.
Gli acquisti attraverso il Call center e online avvengono tramite pagamento con carta di credito.
