The Opera Academy of Teatro Massim di Palermo is now open thanks to the support and contribution of the Sicily Region’s Department of Tourism, Sports and Entertainment.
The Foundation intends to offer young opera singers, aged between 18 and 33, the opportunity to take part in a free training course that allows, thanks to the contribution given by teachers of clear fame and experience, to put them in the best conditions to face a career that requires a constant commitment that must be accompanied by a long study, aptitude for the stage, and skills that are not only musical, all of which serve to define an opera artist and allow that decisive step that can transfigure the native gift of the voice leading to the maturation of a complete artistic personality.
Applications must be received, by filling out the online form available on the Selection Webpage available on this website, by noon on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
After a first selection of the CVs and videos, a selection in attendance of the successful candidates will be held at the Fondazione Teatro Massimo – Sala Coro – Piazza Giuseppe Verdi no. 71, Palermo, on Monday 28 July 2025 at 10.00 a.m.
