La trama
Uno sparo nel buio svela un morto sul palcoscenico di un teatro.
Ma quel morto si rianima giusto il tempo di raccontare la sua storia e quella delle anime che ha incrociato prima che la sua vita finisse in un angolo oscuro.
Nelle sue parole sfilano personaggi che sembrano arrivare da lontano e che invece stavano lì, aspettando solo che qualcuno si desse la pena di notarli.
Sono le tante versioni dell’altro: un bambino, un prete, un imprenditore, un poliziotto. Vivi e morti, che gli ricordano le cinque parole più rischiose della loro vita: non può succedere a me.
Attraverso un gioco di specchi il morto andrà a caccia di chi lo ha ucciso, prima di tornare alla sua quiete orizzontale. E lo farà con l’unica certezza che l’altro gli ha dato: esistono vittorie assolutamente inutili e sconfitte meravigliosamente feconde.
